Psychoeducational Evaluations

Cognitive, social-emotional, and achievement testing of students.  These evaluations are used by school staff to assist in identifying learning disorders, intellectual disabilities, and social-emotional factors that could be impacting the student’s academic performance.  Evaluations focus on diagnosis as well as recommendations to support the student.  For example, the psychologist who conducted the evaluation might be asked to attend IEP (Individualized Educational Plan) meetings at the school.
