Public Safety Suitability Evaluations
Suitability evaluations are conducted during the pre-employment process to assess the psychological stability and personality traits and characteristics that may impact an individuals’ ability to carry out the essential functions of a public safety position (i.e., police officers, correctional officers, fire personnel). Evaluations utilize an interview and assessment instruments validated for use in evaluating public safety applicants. Timely reports are then provided to aid employers with the hiring process.
